Return and Exchange Policy
We at Lynn Ritchie want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return/exchange the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of item.

Return
We will refund the purchase price minus restocking fee & shipping charges, typically within 1 week of receipt of returned item.

Exchange
Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send you your new order by UPS ground.

How do I complete my return or exchange?
Here's what you need to do:

Step 1. E-mail alucila@lynn-ritchie.com for a Return # (we will refuse any returns/exchanges without it).

Step 2. Download this Return and Exchange Request Form (Acrobat Reader required). If you are having trouble downloading, you can email us at alucila@lynn-ritchie.com and we can send you a Refund and Exchange Request Form via fax or e-mail.

Step 3. Once you have filled out the form you must fax it to  (212) 768-7773  completed in order for us to process your return/exchange. Pack the bag securely with the copy of your packing list, R/E form and write the Return # on the exterior of the box in big print.

Step 4. Return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
