    How can I purchase a LYNN RITCHIE item?

    Our Online Shop is always available. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

    To start, just make your selections in our Online Shop, and then follow the onscreen directions. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You'll receive instant order acknowledgement via e-mail. Once the order has been processed and the garment is confirmed as to be in stock, your item will be packed securely and shipped. Please note that quantities are limited and subject to availability.

    We charge your credit card only upon shipping. Shipping and payment options vary, depending on whether you are in or outside the United States.

    What payment methods do you accept?


    We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. 

    Do you charge sales tax?

    Because we conduct business in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, all orders shipped to these states are subject to Sales Tax. Otherwise, there is no tax.

    What is your privacy policy?

    Your privacy is important. We do not share customer information or e-mail addresses with anyone.


    What is your cancellation policy?


    Ritchie Corp. reserves the right to cancel any order in full or in part for any reason whatsoever. All  return authorization requests must be made within 14 days. Ritchie Corp. reserves the right to impose a restocking charge of $35 for cancelled or returned orders. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at (212) 768 7772 or e-mail agnes@lynn-ritchie.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accomodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping system are designed to get the orders on their way as quickly and efficiently. Therefore we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

    Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
