STANDARD SHIPPING POLICIES & RATES:
- Credit card verification / approval must be made prior to processing your order. In the event that your credit card is not authorized, Ritchie Corp. reserves the right to cancel your order. Should this occur, an email notification will be sent.
- Orders placed after 1PM EST are processed the following business day.
- All orders are shipped during business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).
- As soon as your order is placed we will send an email confirmation
- Standard shipping is a flat $5.00 handling fee, via Fedex Ground.
- International orders, shipping prices vary by country and are shipped USPS.
How do I complete my return or exchange?
Here's what you need to do:
- E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return # (we will refuse any returns/exchanges without it).
- Pack the bag securely with the copy of your packing list, R/E form and write the Return # on the exterior of the box in big print.
- Return it to us using Fedex, UPS or USPS with a tracking #.
